In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "por4d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the por4d platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating the website at https://por4d.cam.
• "Platform" — the por4d website, including all pages, services, game products, betting markets, and tools accessible at https://por4d.cam via desktop or mobile browser.
• "Member", "you", "your" — any natural person who has completed registration and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual account created by a Member following successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Wallet" — the electronic balance held within a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "Bet" — any wager placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by por4d to Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required to confirm a Member's eligibility and identity.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform for all financial transactions.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as updated from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on por4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 or older at the time of registration.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of a third party.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by por4d for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a por4d employee or contractor, except where por4d has given prior written consent.
7. You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is specifically prohibited under applicable national, state, or local law.

por4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the por4d Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When completing registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, national identity number (NIK or equivalent), residential address, contact email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. por4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify por4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

por4d reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

por4d is required to verify the identity and eligibility of all Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards. By registering, you consent to por4d conducting such verification procedures as it deems appropriate.

KYC verification is triggered:

• Upon initial registration;
• Prior to the first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds specified by por4d's internal compliance policy;
• At any time por4d has reasonable grounds to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of a Member.

Documents typically required during KYC review include one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or equivalent.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered residential address.
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your government-issued ID, taken on the date of submission.

por4d will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. por4d reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete or unclear.

All personal data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). por4d does not accept foreign currency deposits; any currency conversion costs are the Member's sole responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

por4d does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which por4d accepts no liability.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• por4d will not be liable for deposits made to incorrect account details where the error was made by the Member.
• Deposits are typically credited within two (2) minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the por4d Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within two (2) business hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• por4d reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if this is the case.

por4d offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

General Bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the main Wallet or withdrawn as cash.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is ten times (10x) the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of award. Unused Bonuses expire automatically on their stated expiry date.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• por4d reserves the right to cancel or reclaim any Bonus, together with any winnings derived from it, if there is evidence of Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts.
• por4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect Bonuses already in active use by Members.

If you wish to opt out of receiving Bonus offers, you may do so through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Opting out of Bonuses does not affect your ability to use any other feature of the Platform.

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category selected — sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, or crash games. Product-specific rules are published within the respective game or market interface.

General betting conditions:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. por4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after confirmation, except where a manifest technical error has occurred on por4d's systems.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Bet type and market. These limits are displayed at the point of Bet placement and may be adjusted by por4d at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events that have already started, concluded, or been voided prior to the Bet being accepted will be declared void and the stake returned.
• In the event of a technical failure on por4d's systems during a live Bet, por4d reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the Member's Wallet.
• Winnings are credited to the Member's Wallet promptly upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• por4d reserves the right to void any Bet that is found to have been placed in connection with match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of sports integrity breach.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections within the accumulator are voided, the remaining selections will stand and the accumulator odds will be recalculated accordingly.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including slots and virtual table games — use certified RNG software. All RNG certifications are available upon request. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots are published within each game's information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the por4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from por4d.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN or proxy server to obscure your actual location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing por4d staff or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the por4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of por4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from por4d;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content or design;
• Use por4d's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of por4d's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, por4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if por4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete;
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit por4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by por4d's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. por4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

por4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by por4d;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a Member's bank or payment provider;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction;
• The Member's voluntary request to close their Account.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified balance remaining in the Member's Wallet — net of any pending Bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to the Member via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, por4d reserves the right to forfeit the entire Wallet balance, including any deposits, winnings, and Bonuses, without liability to the Member.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

por4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer the following tools to all Members, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Configure the maximum duration of a single gaming session before the Platform prompts you to take a break.
• Reality-check notifications: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing during an active session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

por4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage Member will be returned and no winnings will be paid.

por4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

por4d will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with applicable law. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

por4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, por4d will provide notice to Members by:

• Posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change; and/or
• Sending a notification to the email address registered on the Member's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which por4d holds its operating licence. For Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to national regulations and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your location.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Members may initiate a dispute by contacting customer support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the Member's written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as specified by por4d. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents por4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
