In providing this Platform to Members located in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions, we necessarily collect and process certain categories of personal data. por4d collects Personal Data through the following means:

• Directly from you: Information you provide when completing registration, submitting KYC documents, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or updating your Account settings.
• Automatically through the Platform: Technical and behavioural data collected via server logs, session tracking systems, and Cookies when you access or interact with the Platform. See Clause 8 for our full Cookies policy.
• From payment providers: Transaction confirmation data, payment method identifiers, and fraud-signal flags received from banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) when you make a deposit or request a withdrawal.
• From identity verification partners: Results and confidence scores from third-party document verification services engaged during the KYC process, including liveness-check outcomes and document authenticity assessments.
• From fraud-prevention and compliance services: Risk signals, sanctions-list screening results, and AML flags generated by our compliance technology providers when processing account applications and financial transactions.

por4d processes Personal Data only where we have a valid legal basis for doing so. The applicable legal bases are as follows:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions, including account management, bet settlement, payment processing, and customer support.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, as well as any court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request we are legally obliged to honour.

• Account creation and management: To register your account, verify your identity and age (21+ requirement strictly enforced), maintain your account settings, and communicate essential service updates.
• Transaction processing: To process deposits in IDR via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets, and to execute withdrawal requests to the verified payment account registered in your name.
• KYC and compliance: To verify your identity, confirm your age, screen your details against sanctions and PEP (politically exposed person) lists, and fulfil our obligations under applicable AML and CTF regulations.
• Fraud prevention and security: To detect and investigate suspicious activity, prevent multi-accounting, identify potential bonus abuse, and protect the integrity of the Platform and the broader Member community.
• Responsible gaming: To monitor betting patterns for signs of problem gambling behaviour, administer self-imposed limits and exclusion periods, and fulfil our duty-of-care obligations to Members.
• Customer support: To respond to your queries, process complaints, and follow up on unresolved issues through our live chat and email channels.
• Platform improvement: To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data in order to improve the Platform's functionality, game selection, and user experience.
• Marketing communications: To send you information about promotions, bonuses, and new products, where you have provided consent. You may opt out at any time.
• Legal compliance: To respond to court orders, regulatory inquiries, and law enforcement requests as required by applicable law.

por4d does not use your Personal Data to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight, except where required by applicable law.

por4d does not sell your Personal Data to third parties. We share Personal Data only in the limited circumstances described below:

• Payment processors and banks: Financial data is shared with Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Identity verification providers: Identity and document data is shared with our third-party KYC service providers for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and age during the account verification process.
• Compliance and fraud-prevention services: Certain data points are shared with AML screening, sanctions-checking, and fraud-detection technology providers to fulfil our legal obligations and protect the Platform's security.
• IT infrastructure and cloud providers: Technical data may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure partners who operate the servers on which the Platform runs. All such providers operate under strict data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of the data.

All third-party service providers that process Personal Data on por4d's behalf are bound by written data processing agreements that restrict their use of the data to the specific services they provide to us and require them to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

por4d uses Cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The categories of Cookies we use are set out below:

por4d does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not share cookie-derived data with advertising networks.

You can manage or delete non-essential Cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings. Disabling Cookies that are marked as essential may impair the functionality of the Platform or prevent you from logging in.

por4d retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our standard retention periods are as follows:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, in order to satisfy AML and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
• Financial and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial compliance requirements.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.
• Communications data (support logs, chat transcripts): Retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, unless the content relates to a dispute or legal claim that remains unresolved, in which case it is retained until the matter is fully concluded.
• Technical and behavioural data: Retained in identifiable form for twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymised and may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of consent or until consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, por4d will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the Personal Data in question using industry-standard data destruction methods.

por4d implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
• AES-256 encryption at rest for all Sensitive Data stored on our database servers.
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure that only authorised personnel with a legitimate business need can access Personal Data, and only to the minimum extent necessary.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements for all staff accounts with access to production data systems.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, por4d will notify affected Members without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, providing details of the nature of the incident, the data affected, and the steps we are taking to address it.

por4d will respond to all rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and its reason. We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, we cannot erase data that we are legally required to retain for AML compliance purposes, and we cannot restrict processing that is essential to the ongoing operation of your Account.

If por4d discovers, or is notified by a third party, that a Member is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, delete all associated Personal Data, and return any unspent deposit balance to the originating payment method. No winnings will be paid in respect of any bets placed by an underage individual.

The por4d Platform does not contain links to third-party websites as a general practice. However, in the limited cases where such links may appear — for example, in game provider descriptions or regulatory information panels — por4d has no control over the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.

por4d accepts no responsibility for the privacy policies, data collection practices, or security measures of any third-party website. If you follow a link to a third-party site, we recommend that you read that site's own privacy policy before providing any personal information.

por4d operates globally and some of the service providers we engage — including cloud infrastructure providers, KYC verification services, and compliance technology platforms — may process Personal Data on servers located outside of Indonesia.

Where Personal Data is transferred to a third country, por4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the protections afforded within Indonesia. Such safeguards may include:

• Transfers to jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection;
• Standard contractual clauses or equivalent data transfer agreements binding the recipient to obligations of confidentiality and security;
• The binding corporate rules or certification schemes of the receiving entity, where applicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
